Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use ViewCash we collect:

• Account data — your name, email address, and a hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
• Payment data — your UPI ID (for payouts) and the UTR references of payments you report to us. We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials.
• Activity data — which promoted videos you watch, how much of them you watch, your earnings and transactions, and campaign data you create as a promoter.
• Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata, used for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

• To run the service: crediting earnings, funding campaigns, processing withdrawals.
• To verify that views are genuine and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To contact you about your account, payments, or changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

We share data only: with payment counterparties as needed to complete a payout (your UPI ID is used to send money to you); when required by law; and with service providers that host our infrastructure. Promoters see aggregate view statistics, and the first name and avatar of viewers who watched their campaign — never your email or payment details.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Retention & deletion

Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and as long as required for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support; transaction records that we are legally required to keep may be retained after account deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.
